Signage to match original.

Remove and reinstall existing granite steps and side stringers.

Repair and restore the existing decorative trim, wood siding and window casings.

Hang colored/graphic banner on upper front and sides.

Construct a new front entry portico to match the original portico.

Repaint the exterior of the building.

Install 1:20 sloped sidewalk for handicapped access, complete with granite edging.

Install a new granite and concrete entrance slab raised to 1st floor level.

Install new exterior pole mounted lights to match the original lights.

Side - Elm Street Elevation

Install new raised walkway/planter and iron handrail. Maintain existing handicapped ramp.

Hang colored/graphic banner on upper front and sides.

Build new storefront within the original decorative architrave.

Remove 2 windows, replace with siding.

Install a pair of new exterior pole mounted lights to match the original lights.
