| Thank
you for your interest in The Ipswich Playhouse Arts &
Entertainment Center Project. This is an excellent
opportunity to get involved with helping to support this
tremendous project at its beginning stages. We sincerely
hope that we can count on your help and support with the
project, either as a building investor/owner, a sponsor,
donor or volunteer member of the Friends of the Ipswich
Playhouse Theater, or to help promote the project to
others who might be interested in participating.
We are in the process of
forming two important groups that will be instrumental in
moving this project to completion.

| Ipswich
Properties LLC
First, we are putting
together a small group of investors to become members of
Ipswich Properties LLC. The investor/members, under
Ipswich Properties LLC, will own the Ipswich Playhouse
Arts & Entertainment Center building and property, and
will include those that are both interested in the
investment in this historically significant landmark
building, as well as the economic and cultural growth of
Ipswich. Ipswich Properties LLC will be responsible for
the overall project development, including raising
approximately $1,000,000 in front-end equity investment
and arranging for permanent financing of approximately
$1,500,000 for construction. We currently have investor
interest for just under half of our front-end equity goal
for the project.

| Friends
of the Ipswich Playhouse Theater
The second critical group
being formed, a grassroots organization called Friends of
the Ipswich Playhouse Theater, will undertake the
organizational efforts for the theater funding programs,
search for appropriate theater/film and performing arts
companies to bring to the venue theater marketing and
operations.
The current list of
envisioned Committees, applicable committee member
interest/background, and areas of responsibility, is as
follows:
