Shawn is the Managing
Broker and Owner of Windhill Realty located in Ipswich,
Massachusetts. He is an Ipswich native and a licensed
broker in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Shawn
has managed to successfully blend his high-tech and
finance résumé with his management and operational
experience in real estate development and investments;
residential and commercial brokerage; and with small and
large scale property management accounts.
Mr. Cayer possesses
development and building experience as a licensed
Massachusetts Construction Supervisor. His portfolio
ranges from small to large new residential and
commercial construction projects to commercial and
residential rehabilitation and conversion properties,
with notable understanding of historic preservation. He
is involved with many local and regional charitable
organizations including: Ipswich Food Pantry; Ipswich
Caring; S.A.F.E. Studio; Cape Ann Action, Inc. Homeless
Shelter for Woman; and coaches Ipswich Youth Soccer.
Shawn is a member of the Ipswich Historical Society’s
Marketing Committee; The First National Bank of
Ipswich’s Board of Advisors; Ipswich Chamber of
Commerce; and a member of Ipswich’s 375th Anniversary
Planning Committee.
